It was thanks to the support of Belgium’s Ambassador to Monaco that Martine Fallon came to the Yacht Club to reveal the secrets of her recipes designed to boost our energy levels and immune systems.
 
A world away from the miniscule portions of nouvelle cuisine, the energy approach is all about abundance but promotes only the best ingredients (against oxidation), the ideal combinations and optimal cooking methods. The tips developed by Martine Fallon are not about slimming but another way to approach your diet.
 
Much more than an anti-ageing strategy, energy cuisine raises awareness of dietary issues that go well beyond our personal quest to be healthy to that of society and the need to protect our planet.
